Time semantics and methodology

UTC calendar dates are inclusive at BOTH ends; maximum 3,660 days. asOf is a separate information-availability cutoff, not the observation range.

Daily positions depend on station, reference frame and analysis center. Native displacements and uncertainties are metres; date endpoints are inclusive on this API. Full-selection queries describe stored data, not a guarantee of complete provider history.
