Start is inclusive and end is exclusive, in UTC. Archive mode searches the full selected interval; the record preview is bounded independently from the graph. Historical asOf queries retain their API window limits.

NASA POWER values are daily samples at the exact stored grid cell. Missing values are not zero and samples are not direct local weather-station observations. Full-selection queries describe stored data, not a guarantee of complete provider history.
