Start is inclusive and end is exclusive, in UTC. Archive mode searches the full selected interval; the record preview is bounded independently from the graph. Historical asOf queries retain their API window limits.

Native observations, estimates, forecasts and bulletins remain distinct. A reported event relationship is not proof of physical causality. Full-selection queries describe stored data, not a guarantee of complete provider history.
