Start is inclusive and end is exclusive. Timestamps are UTC. Historical asOf is not supported.

Map clusters are aggregates, not individual events. Their count and maximum values describe the returned spatial cell and may be display-limited. Full-selection queries describe stored data, not a guarantee of complete provider history.
