Time semantics and methodology

Start is inclusive and end is exclusive, in UTC. Archive mode searches the full selected interval; the record preview is bounded independently from the graph. Historical asOf queries retain their API window limits.

Each series keeps its native units and identity. Measurement, estimate and forecast clocks and quality flags must be interpreted by product. Full-selection queries describe stored data, not a guarantee of complete provider history.
