Start is inclusive and end is exclusive, in UTC. Archive mode searches the full selected interval; the record preview is bounded independently from the graph. Historical asOf queries retain their API window limits.

This archive is ordered by publication availability, not forecast valid time. The information cutoff limits what could have been known. Full-selection queries describe stored data, not a guarantee of complete provider history.
